Today it’s our pleasure to introduce you to Fergal Collins. Fergal is Brexit Lead at Ireland’s Health Service Executive. Before taking on that role, he established and ran the PMO for Tusla, the Irish government’s Child & Family Agency as well as working in several project management positions in Ireland’s Department of Health. Fergal is also an associate lecturer in project management. In this interview, Fergal and I are going to discuss “the challenges of running a PMO in the public sector".

She has worked in senior counsel posts at London Underground, TfL and WSP, and since 2014 as an independent consultant on domestic and international projects with a particular expertise in project controls.
